Lifecycle of one background subagent task.

RUNNING = 'running'

The child agent is still working.

COMPLETED = 'completed'

The child finished and its report is available.

FAILED = 'failed'

The child raised; error says why and there is no report.

CANCELLED = 'cancelled'

The task was cancelled before it finished.
